Tips for Smoothing a Transition
- Don't rush the process.
- Be aware of why you are uncomfortable.
- Look at the three stages of the transition.
- Take care of yourself in small ways.
- Talk to a trusted friend or professional.
- See the change as an opportunity for learning.
